Jesus or Mohammed? What we believe is largely the result of vesting trust in our religious leaders. Christians trust in Jesus, and Muslims believe in the teachings of Mohammed. Christians believe that only Christ's death on the cross for their sins enables them to be forgiven by a holy God. They receive forgiveness as a gift by believing in Christ and repenting of their sins. In contrast, Muslims are taught to deny these things and instead believe and obey the teachings of Mohammed as recorded in the Qur'an, they might go to Paradise. This article compares the two in terms of character, life and teachings. Let the reader judge for himself which one best represents the holy but merciful Almighty, and thus merits our trust.
